Report a Listing

Local Junction is built on trust. If you see a listing that is fake, misleading, unsafe, expired or otherwise wrong, tell us — reports help keep the marketplace reliable for everyone.

What should I report?

  • Fake or scam listings — job scams, non-existent homestays, drivers asking for advance money.
  • Wrong details — incorrect fares, addresses, availability or "valid by" dates.
  • Offensive or unsafe content — harassment, discrimination, or illegal goods and services.
  • Impersonation — someone posting as you or your business.
  • Duplicates & spam.

How to report

Use our Contact form and choose "Report a listing / safety issue". Please include:

  • The link to the listing (copy the page URL).
  • What the problem is, in a sentence or two.
  • Any evidence — a screenshot or message, if you have it.

For anything illegal or an immediate danger to a person, contact the police first by dialling 112 (all-in-one emergency) or 181 for women in distress, then let us know.

What happens next

Our local desk reviews reports in the order received and typically responds within 1 working day. Depending on severity we may edit, unpublish or remove a listing and, where needed, suspend an account. We may contact you for more detail. We do not share the reporter's identity with the listing owner.

False reports

Reports made in bad faith to harm an honest listing may themselves be actioned under our Terms of Use.
